The second bottling from Seedlip is a celebration of summer – a non-alcoholic spirit that bursts with clean, fresh herbal flavours.  A floral blend of hand-picked Peas & homegrown Hay from founder Ben Branson's Farm, with traditional garden herb distillates (Spearmint, Rosemary, Thyme, Lemon hops) in celebration of the English countryside. Simply serve with tonic (indian or elderflower) & a sugar snap pea to garnish.

Creator Ben Branson got bored of the sweet, sugary, childish mocktails, that have been offered as a non-alcoholic option and decided to start experimenting with his own herbs and a small copper pot. Inspired by the Art of Distillation, a 17th century recipe book for alcoholic and non-alcoholic medicine using herbs and spices, he created a herbal, non-alcoholic spirit that has no alcohol, no calories, sugar and sweetener free, with no artificial flavours.
